Every resort has a Home Owners Association which helps manage the different aspects of the resort along with the common areas.
Below is a list of commonly asked questions regarding an HOA.
What services are provided within the Homeowners Association (HOA) fees?
The monthly HOA fees provide:
- Access to the cable television system
- Property insurance for the building, common areas and amenities
- Liability insurance
- Maintenance and utility costs for all public areas (pools, spas)
- Access to the exercise/workout room
- Security personnel and systems
What insurance coverage does the project provide and what insurance am I responsible to obtain?
The Homeowners Association (HOA) provides the property insurance for the building, common area, and amenities as well as the liability insurance for the owners. As a homeowner, you are responsible for obtaining insurance for the contents of your condo.
What television options and connections will be available?
Los Corales will have an internal cable TV system with coaxial hookups in living room and each bedroom. Access to the cable TV system is provided as part of your monthly HOA fee.
What is Los Corales doing about security for the project?
Los Corales will have very tight security, including gated access to the condominiums off of the main boulevard, a large security staff to patrol the grounds and beach, and 24-hour, monitored video surveillance.
