In addition to financing terms, Los Corales is one of the few builders in town with the luxury to provide a 10% down payment program. The buyers may elect to purchase in 3 formats:
1. Cash Purchase (Buyer will receive a cash incentive)
2. Conventional Financing
In this conventional financing package, you put down a $1,000 reservation fee, then we require 10% down 7 days following your reservation. Then, we require another 10% down payment 12 months after the initial 10% down payment. This down payment plan gets you in the door wiht 10%. You can watch your unit appreciate and build equity over the next 12 months before putting down another 10%. With conventional financing, at completion, the owner will obtain financing through methods outside of the developer.
3. Developer Financing
With developer financing, you put down a $1,000 reservation fee, then we require 10% down 7 days following your reservation. Then, we require another 10% down payment 12 months after the initial 10% down payment. This down payment plan gets you in the door wiht 10%. You can watch your unit appreciate and build equity over the next 12 months before putting down another 10%. With developer financing, at completion, you simply show up to sign the papers.
